The purpose of primer is to begin the chemical reaction that softens PVC and to provide a clean and even prepped surface for the solvent cement.
As you may know, PVC joints are not glued together exactly, but (Solvent Welded) fused through a chemical change. The softer the outer layer of your PVC, the better it will fuse your join.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
